Originally from South Africa, where I received my pharmacy degree and master’s degree in pharmaceutics, I moved to Canada with my husband and 2 children in 2012. I am a registered pharmacist and qualified Integrative Nutrition Health coach. I have experience in pharmaceutical production, regulatory affairs, hospital and community pharmacy, but my true passion is helping people find health and wellness on all levels through a holistic approach, by integrating pharmaceutical care with evidence-based complementary products and therapies.

Originally from Manitoba, I moved to Prince George with my husband in 2013 for what was supposed to be a few years. Nearly a decade later, we are still delighted to be a part of this wonderful community. The majority of my career has been spent in community pharmacy practice and my focus as a pharmacist has always been patient-centered care. My goal is to help people achieve their desired health outcomes, using pharmaceutical care coupled with scientifically supported complementary therapies, while being mindful of their individual needs and values.
